Island Excursions

These are nearshore excursions and you will be traveling at cruising speed (about 25 knots) up to a few hours in each direction on the Gulf and/or Pine Island sound. If you are prone to seasickness or you are elderly, this is probably not for you. Please inquire if you have any concerns/questions.

Cabbage Key

One of longer trips you will spend 1 ½ hrs on the intercoastal waterway enroute to this remote Island of Jimmy Buffett fame where he reportedly wrote “Cheeseburger in Paradise” at the “Dollar Bar” where you can donate a buck and leave your legacy. The extra hour tour will allow time to climb the water tour for 360 degree views and a little exploring. Tip: don’t ask for fries, it’s potato salad or coleslaw.

Estero Island Circumnavigation Tour

As we depart from mid island we provide a narrative about island history , hurricane Ian , and search for dolphins and other wildlife. We exit Estero Bay into the Gulf and run about 8 miles to the north or south pass (depending on wind and tide). Your captain will point out places of interest along the way . We offer an option for a beach stop at Lovers Key or Bowditch point  for shelling and beach time.

2.5 hours - $385/charter

3.5 hours + beach stop - $495/charter

Naples Marco Island/Keewaydin Island

Apx 2- hrs in each direction the options are yours. the beach at Keewaydin is spectacular and you can walk from Bayside to Gulfside , Marco Island has the famous Snook Inn with great food and music all day. Naples has Tin City with shops, bars and restaurants .

Note: To leave from Bonita Springs there is an additional $100 fee

Gasparilla Island

We pass Cabbage Key and Useppa Island and cross Charlotte Harbor and Boco Grande Pass on our port side enter the channel to Boca Grande Marina. After we disembark you can enjoy lunch here or rent a golf cart from the ship store and explore the island. You are defiantly back in time here. You see many sights including Banyan trees and plenty of wildlife along the way.

8-9 hours - $1295/charter

Tween Waters Resort

We run the inter-coastal through Pine Island Sound up to Roosevelt Channel which leads us to the Tween Waters Resort. Here we tie up for the afternoon where you will have use of kayaks, bicycles, the resort pools, pool lounges, pool bar and grill , and gorgeous beach across the road for shelling and lounging in the sun. A glorious day! You’ll sleep good tonight.
