OUR PART

We pledge to provide a fun and memorable experience on our tours and excursions, While introducing our patrons to some of the wonders and extraordinary sights, and sounds of our tropical paradise.

• We provide all necessary safety equipment as required by USCG.

• We provide a seaworthy, safe, and clean vessel for your safety and enjoyment

• We provide coolers and ice for your provisions ( you may bring food, snack, and drinks) please do not bring excessive amounts of alcohol as this will too often ruin an otherwise good time.

• We provide complimentary bottled water on all tours and excursions

SOCIAL MEDIA

From time to time, we will take photos of our trips, the groups, and you may or may not be visible in some of these photos. We use these photos to post to our own social media channels and/or website. Please let us know if you do NOT want any photos of you or your group posted.

FINANCIAL TERMS

We request a 25% deposit in advance to secure your reservation, the balance is the payable date of service. We accept all major credit cards. Gratuities are graciously accepted for captain and mate ( if applicable ) based on the service provided.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY  

Our goal is to make friends and return customers. Please understand that we must in certain instances retain deposit money in the event of cancellation within a certain time frame.

• Within 14 days of a trip – complete refund of deposit.

• Within 7 days of the trip  -up to 24 hrs prior to the trip – store credit (one time only) to use on another trip within  30 days of the original trip date (no deposit refund)

• Within 24 hrs of a trip or no show—no refund of deposit nor credit.

CANCELLATIONS BY US

Due to weather  & sea conditions (at the captain's discretion) we will need to make itinerary changes or complete cancellations in which case you will be offered:

• a pro-rated credit for another trip if the trip has already started, or

• a complete refund if canceled before leaving the dock

• trips will not leave the dock if lightning is within 10 miles per weather app

 

YOUR PART

Your job is to relax and have a safe, enjoyable, most important a memorable time.

We suggest you bring :

• Sunscreen  and hat  (bathing suits and towels) (for shelling and beach trips)

• In Winter months a jacket or sweatshirt will come in handy on breezy days and gulf trips.

• Food and drinks (soda, beer, wine, and mixed drinks)  ( no excessive amounts of alcohol please)

• DO NOT BRING – any illegal substances, if this occurs we will return to the dock with no refund.

• Smoking onboard is prohibited – there are several stops where you may get off and smoke if you wish.

 

PLEASE NOTE: The Captain has complete authority on the boat, and also reserves the right to make itinerary changes due to weather conditions and his judgment.
